You know how to lead.
Do you know where to lead from?
For leaders who feel the pull toward something
they haven't had time to name.

A 3-day retreat, held with kindness and care, in a baroque monastery in the heart of Europe.
-
A space to recognize yourself : where you are, what you carry, and reconnect to the place from which you lead.

The success of an intervention depends on the inner condition of the intervener.

This is for you if something in your leadership feels empty. If you've been leading from a place that isn't quite yours, and you sense it's time to find out where you actually stand.
Three days of deep work in a small circle of 10-15 people. Where your real challenges are the material, and clarity comes from stopping long enough to hear yourself.

Come as you are: With your questions, your contradictions, and the challenges you've been carrying.
We'll meet in a baroque monastery in Broumov, Czech Republic, a space that has held silence and complexity for centuries.
Who are we?
We are Kerst, Michaela and Sophie. Coaches, space holders, and occasional witches and magicians. Since 2023 we have been creating these gatherings together. This is our third time organising a retreat in Broumov.
We know this territory from the inside. We've each sat with the questions we're inviting you to bring. This retreat is part of our own practice, a space where we keep returning, too.

Kerst van Raden
My whole life, I have stood at the bridge between science & technology and the humans who shape them. Decades as a consultant and project manager have taught me what truly makes projects and companies succeed: the capacity of their leaders to sense what is genuinely alive in themselves — and have the courage to act from that place. I come to Broumov not as someone with answers, but as a companion in the honest, unhurried reckoning that this kind of clarity requires.

Sophie Legendre
For the first twenty years of my career, I led teams across Canada and abroad, often through uncertainty and transition. Those years taught me, sometimes the hard way, that real change begins inside. I'm a coach. I accompany startup founders as they reconnect with what is most alive in them, so that what they can have real impact in the world. What I have learned is that this change rarely comes from adding more. It comes from returning to what is already alive in us. That's why I come to Broumov, not to add but to return to what was always there.

I return to Broumov out of a longing to co-create a generative social field. The unbreakable trust among the three of us was born from years of working side by side while fully being ourselves and it is fully anchored in the unique capacity, wisdom, and decades of experience that each of us brings.
Our synergy as facilitators creates a remarkably powerful container where all of us are companions and pilgrims willing to drop our own armor. I desire to hold space again because I know the profound relief of this connection: the unspoken attunement where the field is wise enough to hold me when I cannot hold myself.
Together with the silent, ready landscape of the monastery and nature, we create a sanctuary. I dare to invite others into it because I have experienced firsthand how terrifying, yet utterly liberating it is to let emerging wisdom lead the way, allowing profound change to happen, bringing clarity and lightness

The Monastery
A baroque monastery at the edge of a forest, a town that time passed through slowly.
You'll sleep in monk's cells. Small, quiet rooms that have held centuries of interior work, and yes, comfortable.
The kind of space that makes it easier to hear yourself.
Broumov, Czech Republic
Broumov sits in the heart of Europe, still at the periphery. It is a place that has lived what we come here to practice — collapse, return, and leading from what remains.
Some places know how to hold the people who come to them. Broumov is one of them.
